Our reduced rate rented by owner 3 bedroom condo rental looks out to both Lake Powell and the white sand beach to the gulf. We sleep 8 with 1 king 2 full 1 queen and a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs master bedroom has a full bath. The downstairs master has a 3/4 bath (shower-stool-sink). A third 3/4 bath is in the upstairs hall The upstairs beach view master and downstairs lake view master both have televisions. The living room has a 25 in. television with DVD/VCR. There is a full kitchen with full size floor washer/dryer. You are no more than 2 minutes by hallway from the beach or indoor/outdoor pool. $200.00 Refundable deposit expected within 5 days of
booking. After receiving deposit contract will be sent. Rental
payment-in-full is expected 2 weeks prior to contracted day of
arrival when key package will be sent. Personal, bank, or debit
drafts are accepted, sorry no credit cards. Short notice rentals
will be bank drafts only unless made by a prior client. Deposits
will be returned when keys are received by mail and departure
condition of unit has been noted.
